Custom Cycle Seats And Custom Aerobatic Plane Seats

We custom fit these black aerobatic airplane seats. The plane is at the Waukesha, WI. airport. We made patterns in the plane then custom cut three different layers of foam, HR foam on top, Soft conform in the middle, and firm conform foam on the bottom, and made separate covers so if a tall person flew layers could be removed to adjust head room.
Custom Embroidery to match the graphics on the plane by Bayview Threadworks was the finishing touch.
I always love recovering cycle seats, it is one of my passions.

Custom Cycle Seats and Custom Boat Cover

The owner of this one year old Harley Davidson did not like the original leather because it showed marks, we recovered all the pieces with a high grade vinyl that looked the same.

We also made this boat cover for this awesome Baja boat with Sunbrella Supreme, a soft fleeced backed canvas that is great for protecting from rubbing on the surface.
